Formerly the headquarters for the world famous Baker's Chocolate, our three renovated mill buildings now make up the Baker Chocolate Factory Apartments. Following a complete renovation, the late 1800's factory began its new life as home to a total of 133 residential apartments. The beautifully restored buildings are a combination of six, five and three-story masonry structures pleasantly situated along the Neponset River on the border of Milton and Dorchester.
We are complete with an abundance of historical charm and unique architectural elements including a mansard roof, a brick archway through which you must pass to enter our community, a cupola atop a slate roof original to the building, and so much more! Our community also features two pleasantly landscaped interior cobblestone courtyards and wonderful picnic and gathering areas overlooking the river.
